Job Description

1. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the property development system.
2. Carrying out sales & marketing activities. 
3. To carry out market research and prepare product study report.
4. To assist in the preparation of advertising and promotion program and budget.
5. To source for suppliers and quotations.
6. To ensure advertising and promotional materials are in order.
7. To prepare sales kit for the preparation of sales lunch.
8. To attend to all matters pertaining to sales, from the initial inquiry, follow-up and documentation works.
9. To supervise and guide the subordinates on documentation matters.
10. To coordinate and liaison with Credit Admin department on matters pertaining to billing and collection.
11. Any other duty & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
