Job Description

• A trainee position, where the incumbent will undergo a 6 month on the job training as well as attending necessary training classes that would prepare them to supervise various production lines
• They will be trained on basic production management, supervisory skills and product knowledge 
• Upon completion of training and assessment, they may be confirmed as “Production Supervisor” and with a prospect of further promoting to “Production Manager” 

Job Requirements

• This position requires working full time in Cambodia and the Philippines, with 2 home leaves per year, with 7-days return tickets each time. 
• They may also be assigned to various functions within the production facilities for training or future posting 
• College Degree in any discipline, but preferably in Business management or engineering. 
• Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking & Good command of English 
• Demonstrate leadership qualities or experiences at school 
• Strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills 
• Ability to work with people with different cultural background 
• Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years of work experience (2018 graduating class will also be considered)
