Job Description

  • To liaise with all Managers regarding internal sales and marketing issues, as well as operational issues as and when necessary.
  • To assist the Executive Director in Total Quality Management (TQM) which requires you to perform SOPs studies and to analyze, implement and monitor as and when necessary.
  • To provide high level of secretarial and administrative support to the Executive Director.
  • To undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions and other related duties as and when required.
  • To handle highly confidential matters and safe keeping of important documents pertaining to the business activities of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Secretarial, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Requires 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Able to follow-up closely and to monitor progressively.
  • Willing to travel, both local and overseas.
