Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Performance and Staffing, you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for publishing daily/weekly/monthly reports to various stakeholders accurately and on time.
- Work with internal employees, including; managers and team leaders to understand business requirements/goals, and help capture the strategy, content, and features for layout of our reporting environments.
- To ensure through close liaison with peer departments that all outstanding customer issues are fast tracked within the service levels and resolved.
- Sending out hourly performance updates including interval and intraday productivity
- Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment you must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Must feel comfortable working with business partners at all levels to discuss data analysis/requirements
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for reporting
- Experience working in a Call Centre reporting environment preferred
- Previous experience in Workforce Management for a Call Centre is an advantage
- Proficient in English – both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including usage of pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, SQL is a MUST.
