Job Description

 
 Reporting to the Head of Business Process Enhancement you will be responsible for:

  • Oversees Training Team to establish and maintain training programs to ensure delivery of high levels of customer service that are compliant with the project’s contractual objectives and established performance standards 
  • Planning, Development and delivery of training courses 
  • To provide Progress reports in respect of training carried out to ensure full compliance with policies, procedures and best practice 
  • To facilitate and involve in new initiative and product launching 
  • To provide training, coaching, feedback and assistance to contact center employees; making sure they understand new policies and procedures for quality 
  • To manage all Customer Care’s system management (eg; ID maintenance, basic system troubleshooting) 
  • To undertake ad-hoc project as and when required. 

Job Requirements

  •  Preferably Bachelor’s degree or relevant working experience (minimum 3 years).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a service related industry in Training and/or QA capacity. 
  • Excellent command in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). 
  • Excellent communication skills English and Bahasa Malaysia. 
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work effectively in both independently and in a team environment. 
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and accuracy. 
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent activities and competing priorities. 
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Exceptional listening and analytical skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques an added advantage.
