Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Care Training Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
- Identify and conduct training session to develop and sharpen agent’s skills and abilities.
- Maintain database of all training materials
- Provides feedback to contact center team leaders and managers on agent outlier’s performance.
- Coordinate and facilitate calibration session with other departments to ensure alignment in Standard Operating Procedures
- Establishes work procedures and processes that support the company and departmental standards, procedures and strategic directives
- Compile and maintain knowledge management database and related systems used in Customer Care
- Coordinate and facilitate Training Program with the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Teams to ensure alignment in training provided
- Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Candidate must possess at least min Diploma in any discipline with min 3 years’ experience in relevant field or min SPM with min 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbally and written.
- Strong listening, analytical and training skills.
- Sound decision making and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Dynamic personality who can react quickly to a changing environment with the ability to work under pressure.
