Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Seller Performance, you will be responsible for:

Lead analysis on seller performance bottleneck and implement short term and long term improvement plans.
Lead the implementation and roll-out of new seller centric initiatives (Projects and pilots)
Produce weekly and monthly summary report of seller performance, progress and action/improvement plans.
Understand and highlight daily/weekly seller performance KPI trends.
Communicate key insights and findings on seller performance perspective
Develop strategies to monitor and manage short tail, mid tail, and long tail seller performance.
Oversee seller day on day operation using a data-driven approach.
Maintain and enhance existing report/dashboard with the aim of adding further insights and perspective
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:

Bachelor degree or Diploma in a related field (Data science and actuarial science preferred).
Minimum 2 years of senior role in a related industry (Data Science, BI preferred)
Familiarity with Market Place operations, warehouse operations, industrial engineering or logistics will be an added advantage
Familiar with problem-solving methodology (Flow charts, fish bone analysis, RCA and etc.)
Good command of Excel (Pivot Table, Power Pivot) and BI tools (Power BI, Qliksense) will be an added advantage.
Familiar with SQL
Excellent communication skills (Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia). Chinese language will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of the team in a demanding and fast paced work environment
