Job Description

• The Vendor Acquisition Manager will help build direct seller acquisition commercial force & strong acquisition and incubation processes.
• Structure seller acquisition strategy per cluster together with the category team and organize lead generation matching these need.
• Help structure Hunted seller acquisition & incubation processes to organize hunting of key target sellers and allow them to sell high revenue within 3 months.
• Train, manage and supervise performance of 5-8 sales agent team, and help them reach their targets.
• Interact with stakeholders of different teams (category, traffic operations, seller engagement, regional Business development team…etc) to ensure new seller process are fully aligned with strategy and empowered by other dependent function.
• Have and leadership do define direction and drive the change across the organization. 

Job Requirements

• Strong understanding of ecommerce and interest in driving business improvements through team leadership, data-driven decision making, and end-to-end project management.
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in ecommerce, business development, or consulting.
• Outstanding analytics skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
• Is able to demonstrate ability to manage team, exercise leadership across a complex organization, ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
