Job Description

• Develop and implement program and project management processes and policies 
• Creating, tracking and management of project budgets 
• Establish processes, systems, and training infrastructure to enable them to deliver fast and high-quality solutions to customer questions and problems. 
• Develop growth strategies with the Local C-level and Regional Functional teams to create a culture of success through development of Customer Care metrics and targets 
• Develop and implement robust customer and seller management processes, pipeline, planning, and proposals and ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines 
• Leverage are customer research abilities to provide strategic leadership 

Job Requirements

• Previous operational and/or Support leadership in a B2B technology organization 
• Should be and metric driven leader that can build organizational capability in support and service delivery to deliver predictable, repeatable, and scalable results across multiple products & markets 
• Needs to be a relentless driver of continuous, metric-based performance and productivity improvement 
• A detail oriented Project Manager who can drive experimentation and problem-solving 
• Comfortable working in a distributed, virtual, and global resource environment; able to influence and lead peers in operating the business in a coordinated manner 
• Evidence of success in a high growth environment
