Job Description

• Work with Regional FS to organize trial launch, internal user training, launch and bug fixing. 
• Localize guidelines of placement allocation. Implement with the input of business performance. 
• Localize and coordinate the execution of the guidelines, template, and process of seller/ assortment selection and merchandising. 
• Maintain page and widget. Approve, schedule, upload and update contents. 
• Coordinate with Data Analysis in Mobile Team to deliver data report and analysis with business insight. Align with Regional FS Team at a regular basis for performance evaluation. 
• Localize the rules and template of performance management and coordinate among category teams for execution.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in related fields 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with demonstrated ability to influence others. 
• Strong analytical skills backed by intermediate knowledge of Excel, ability to use data to understand root causes of performance and make decisions. 
• Commercial background for a deep understanding of seller, assortment, and customer. 
• Strong execution for an end to end result delivery. 
• Fantastic coordination skill to align across category and function teams. 
• Experience of e-commerce or internet industry is strongly preferred. Sales planning experience in FMCG / Fast Fashion or retail industry is a value-adding factor to this job.
