Job Description
Process Mapping & compliance
- Map all internal and external processes (functional, cross-functional, 3PL…)
- Document all SOPs mapped and ensure they are up-to-date
- Ensure alignment with regional transport blueprint (inc Parcel journey)
- Monitor and audit compliance to the agreed processes (internal, external, 3PLs…)
- Support day2day operation by trouble shooting issues on the ground and implement solution when required
Process improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solution
- Support agreed improvements implementation (internal & external)
- Support day to day operations to ensure smooth operation, including implementing agreed quick solution when required
Job Requirements
- Ability to work in an environment that is fast paced, constantly changing and achieve innovative solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentations
- Ability to manage competing priorities showing adaptability and meeting important deadlines
- Min 4 years experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry
- Min Diploma Or Degree in any field
