Job Description
Reporting to Head of Commercial Strategy, you will be responsible for:
- Develop short and long term strategic partnership through commercial, marketing and operation excellence for both partners and brands to achieve KPI and sales targetsExplore potential Lazada
- Partners from various sources such as offline distributors, marketing agencies, logistics/supply chain and website
- Advise Lazada Partners on how to manage end-to-end brand’s store on Lazada
- Ensure Lazada partners execute daily plans to achieve sales as committed on Joint Business Plan among 3 parties: Brand, Lazada Category Management Team, and Lazada Partners
- Lead monthly meeting for Lazada Partners to review brand performances with recommendations
- Collaborate with overseas teams to drive regional project implementations
The Lazada Partner Manager will have the unique opportunity to shape and grow the business, develop sales and marketing strategies for our partners and brands. Working with the different Category Directors and reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy, you will have the responsibility to drive an exciting vision and directions for our partners to manage brand’s “Shop front” on Lazada.
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in E-commerce industry or equivalent
- Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment
- High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good command of English (Spoken and Written)
- Exhibits the competencies: Drive for results, action-oriented, problem solving and analytical thinking
- Adaptability to change
- Positive and proactive attitude
