Job Description

• Identify and assess future and current seller training needs by analysing seller performance and seller journey, and understanding seller pain points
• Work closely with heads of departments regionally as well as internal and external stakeholders to constantly develop and or improve the quality of training sessions, documents and video tutorials
• Work closely with regional training counterparts on initiatives designed to enhance the training experience of sellers for the group. Take ownership and drive regional projects or initiatives and work closely with counterparts in other local ventures for implementation
• Design and implement new training syllabus based on seller segmentation, both basic and advanced, to improve training effectiveness that would help sellers at various levels take their business to new heights on Lazada
• Ensure that the Lazada University platform is maintained to the highest of standards at all time with the most updated and relevant materials geared towards the seller journey 
• Monitor and evaluate training sessions effectiveness, success and feedback periodically and report on them. Coach and guide team on soft skills and knowledge to enhance training execution
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree is required 
• Familiarity with Excel,powerpoint is a must and sales force is a plus 
• Ability to think out of the box and provide creative and effective solutions 
• Able to plan, multi-task and mange time effectively 
• An outgoing personality and willingness to interact, share ideas and work with individuals from other departments/ventures 
• Willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment and experience working in an entrepreneurial environment 
• Resourceful and can analyse and solve problem independently 
• Background in e-commerce and training is a strong plus 
• High proficiency in English and local language is a must
