Job Description
Reporting to Head of Mobile, you will be responsible for:
- Define the analytics strategy to deliver strong insights enhancing engagement, conversion, and loyalty of our customers toward Lazada in Malaysia
- Analyze Customer journey behaviours across platform and channels
- Proactively conduct numerous ad hoc analyses to identify improvements in user experience
- Ensure that key monitoring reports to support mobile team are reliable and efficient
- Evangelize importance and understanding of user data within the company
Job Requirements
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- 5+ years of in analytics related positions in technology companies, defining / implementing world-wide best practices
- Outstanding analytical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and advances experience with web analytic tools such as Adobe Analytics suite and Google Analytics
- Understanding of SQL or relational databases, and familiar with statistical
- Perfect understanding of latest e-commerce trends, and ability to understand customer behaviour and expectations
- Ability to guide user research activities and collaborate with UI/UX team
- Demonstrated senior presence; strong project management skills including ability to collaborate with multi-functional stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial attitude to quickly dive deep into content to determine root causes of problems and implement scalable solutions
- Excellent written and oral skills, strong organizational communication skills
