Job Description

• Fetching data from different sources and making a value out of it by understanding performance to drive business strategy and growth 
• Building and developing AI tools to automate certain reports and processes using clouds distributed computation 
• Applying Machine Learning and statistical algorithms on the existing tools to improve users experience and reduce cost 
• Providing real-time insights and analysis using streams analysis pipeline instead of batch by batch 
• Producing high-quality forecasts and prediction to support operations and business strategy 
• Presenting and visualizing information to the top management 
• Working closely with product managers and tech team to solve problems 
• Supporting implementations of existing/new initiatives with continuous and ad-hoc data requests 
• Developing and mentoring junior analysts, and supporting their growth 
• Working closely with regional counterparts on the development and adoption of core LEL system features 

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, statistics or related area 
• 3+ years experience in data analysis and business intelligence 
• Experience in NoSQL and relational Database Management 
• Experience in big data analysis using Python Jupyter Notebooks or R 
• Continuous learning in data technologies areas, such as Machine Learning, Hadoop ecosystem, Spark, Kafka, etc. 
• Knowledge of any OOP language is an asset 
• Comfortable working with Linux and clouds environment 
• Fluent in English 
• Self-driven and able to work in a team, proactive on the job with full commitment to timeline 
• Adaptive to changing scope and evolving business environments
