Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketplace Finance, you will be responsible for:

• Prepare the periodic accounting journal entries and schedules to conclude the monthly financials.

• Involve in preparation of shipping fee charges, its computation , reconciliation and accounting posting in seller center and SAP Accounting System.

• Involve in preparation of the revenue accrual and analysing the revenue against its corresponding cost to ascertain completeness and accuracy.

• Handle disputes raise by sellers.

• Maintain the accounting and internal controls by formulating policies and procedures.

• Liaise with various stakeholders in relation to accounting and operational matters for marketplace business, respond to inquiries and resolve disputes.

• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Job Requirements

Degree in Accounting. ACCA finalist will be considered.
At least 3 years working experience in Account Payable and General Accounting, knowledge of full accounting entries and preparation of financial statements is essential in performing the duties.
Attentive to detail and meticulous.
Able to work in fast paced environment, manage pressure well and meet deadlines.
Advanced skills in MS Excel and decent knowledge in MS Word.
Knowledge in SAP system is an added advantage.
