Job Description

• Setting up of new production line.
• Fully of production activity including supervision of subordinate and resources planning.
• To work closely with Sales, QA, Engineering team towards achieving high quality standard and productivity.
• Manage of Production documentation and records.
• Ensure the Regulatory requirements are met at all time. 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at lease Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Polymer, Industrial, Process, Mechanical or Electrical).
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
• Required languages : English & BM. Able to communicate in Mandarin will be added advantage.
• Computer literate, independent and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO9001 / ISO14001, 5s, Lean Manufacturing, project management is essential.
• Candidate who with experience in similar field (rubber or XPE foaming) but without academic qualification are encourage to apply.
• Experience in start up of factory & production line will be added advantage.
• Must willing to work in either Port Klang / Klang / Shah Alam
