Job Description

• Handle customers’ feedback promptly and professionally within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• In-charge of handling inbound and outbound calls and other methods of communication (e.g. email) with new prospects and existing customers to educate and inform customers about our services and convince them to try the company’s services. 
• Maintain close liaison with all other departments to have a better understanding of the operational flow to ensure seamless customer experience
• Arrangement of delivery job to deliver from service provider with providing necessary details.  
• Coordinate orders with outlets 
• Perform any other duties and responsibility as an when assigned by management 
  
  

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as a team 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
• Required language(s): Malay, and English (both written and verbal). Chinese will added advantage 
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Ofiice (MS Word, Excel & Power Point) 
• Team Player & Positive Thinker
• Preferably 1-2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
