Job Description

• Responsible to provide strong reporting both periodic and ad hoc product and in-depth customer-centric analysis information support to business stakeholder and management team accurately and in timely manner.
• Responsible for collection, organizing and analysing large set of data to discover patterns and useful insights; communicate the findings and insights to key stakeholders for further business action.
• Working with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and carry out detailed and thorough analysis of growing and enrichment of data sets and data marts using a variety of platforms and techniques.
• Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
• Lead on automation of reporting for product owners to reduce product owners time spent on reporting thus improving efficiency in work.
• Assist sales management by creating processes to easily track, manage and organize the whole team sales pipeline in a more efficient way.
• Provide training to respective departments on updating their activities/sales status in the CRM system. 

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical capacity to understand data, patterns, and trends, paired with solid attention to detail.
• Eagerness to wear several hats and undertake tasks with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with a small team
• Excellent communications both written and verbal English to effectively communicates with all levels of employees and management.
• Proficient at using Excel or other spreadsheet programs.
