Job Description

Job Description:
  • To take the responsibility of handling financial advisers and investor’s inquiries through email and phone 
  • Attend to walk-in clients to explicate basic product features and commercial concepts 
  • Responsible to resolve matters of the clients by liaising with respective departments 
  • Managing contacts database - user-friendliness and quality of the company website 
  • Responsible for ad-hoc duties as required by their immediate superior 
 
Other Info: 
  • Able to work on rotating shift 
  • Morning Shift: 8.30am – 5.45pm & Evening Shift: 2pm – 11pm (Evening shift allowance will be given) 
  • Saturday Shift: 8.30am – 1pm (1 day replacement leave will be given) 
  • Probation period: 3 months

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in any related field 
  • Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience 
  • Able to work independently and as team player 
  • Proficient in English & Mandarin (Mandarin – Compulsory) 
  • Possess pleasant and good telephone etiquette
