Job Description

• Responsibility of their designated Clients - client management / account management 
• Build successful relationships with both existing and new customers 
• Understand client requirements 
• Managing contacts database 
• Complete proposal and reports and assist in closing deals and negotiate contracts 
• Proposal includes specification of strategy, costings and details presentation 
• To manage client expectations and act as customer advocate on projects, gathering client requirements and priorities 
• Approach business generation as a team based, ideas driven, learning process 
• To identify new business opportunities - Identify, analyse and recommend 
• Competent mathematical knowledge for statistical analysis and costing exercises 
• Ability to quickly interpret clients need and request and take action to turn leads into results that would create “Win – Win” situation 
• To prepare Standard & Customised Reports for clients 
• Constantly update the Management on the progress of each client / accounts 
• To liaise with Operations Department constantly to achieve the requirements 
• Any other assignment or duties detailed by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Good written and spoken English 
• The ability to compose clear and effective letters and emails 
• The ability to listen to and understand a customer's needs and then to suggest solutions and/or alternative strategies to meet those needs
