Job Description

• Received and verify invoices and requisitions for goods & services (check through the Purchase Order, Delivery Order & any other related supporting documents) 
• Prepare batches of invoice and credit note for data entry & filling in <Unpaid Invoice> file. 
• Resolve invoice discrepancies. 
• Maintain listing of account payable (AR ageing). 
• Prepare payments on time based on the due date set; monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date. The payments will be issued either through Bank GIRO system or cheque 
• Supplier statement reconciliation. 
• Assist in monthly accounts closing. 
• Any ad hoc job assigned 

• Issue Sales Tax Invoice 
• Manage Accounts Receivable. This includes follow up AR collection status, disputes and AR clearing 
• This position also handles internal purchase payment received

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Accountancy or equivalent 
• At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in accounting field 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook) and PC literate 
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
• Preferably Chinese candidates.
• Multiple working locations: Bangsar / Serdang
