Job Description

• Review and setup the current warehouse system to enhance operation efficiency and performance quality. 
• Responsible for department KPI and target
• Establish and implement the warehousing process workflow, standard operation procedure (SOP), and quality control plan adhering to ISO policy. 
• Operate the ERP warehouse management system to monitor and coordinate inventory transition on shop floor is accuracy and tally to system figure. 
• Maximise utilisation of resources, such as man power, machine’s upkeep, material and consumable item to control consumables usage such as film wrap or pallets
• Control and planning to reduce the aging stock. 
• Responsible to provide internal training, and coaching for internal staff and operator regarding warehouse operation workflow and procedure. 
• Implementation of continuously improvement activity and 5S for warehouse department 

Job Requirements

• Leadership experience
• At least Bachelor's Degree or Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
• Experience in WMS or ERP, 5S, Lean Manufacturing
