The purpose of this role is to ensure that our teams of recruitment consultants produce and deliver the highest possible quality of work.
We are looking for a great personality, naturally exceptional communication skills, maniacal attention to details, analytical mindset and process development skill set.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze 360 degrees impact - get involved and study all aspects of our business operations to define what impacts the quality of work that our recruitment consultants produce
- Training practices & materials
- Systems, tools, workflows, SOPs
- Communication procedures & formats
- Other
- Draft and present all initiatives that aim to improve our work quality
- Develop and implement all improvements
- Be the quality filter of the recruitment team’s workflow by screening, providing feedback, approving and rejecting all candidate profiles
- Measure and report all quality related metrics (on individual and team level):
- Conversion rates (submissions > interviews > offers > completion)
- Speed of delivery and communication
- Challenge score (reflect the different levels of job difficulty)
- Improvement score
- Other
- Train & promote quality - take part in the training of recruitment consultants and be the ambassador of quality in the team
