Job Description
Job Summary:
- Build team from scratch (expected to build a team of 10 within 3-6 months)
- Lead / assist the training of the team
- Evaluate the performance of each person in their team
- Develop portfolio of clients for you and your team
- Manage work with clients (delegate workloads and handle the whole communication with clients)
- Provide performance review every month (for the team) and plan on how to improve the performance
- Responsible for all administration related to their team (with the support of our operations / admin team)
Closing big clients across the region, consulting them and delivering top notch recruitment service.
This includes lots of research, emails, messages, phone calls, recording information on the respective CRM systems, negotiation, acquiring information, planning activities, coordinating multiple stakeholder and mentor your team to achieve breakthrough results.

Job Requirements
- Sales experience of minimum 3-5 years
- Worked for or currently working for technology / digital related business (e-commerce, IT, performance marketing firms, etc)
- Tech savvy - Strong capabilities in Google applications (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts, Gmail, Slides), communication technologies / applications
- Build or manage a team
