Job Description
You should be excellent at managing and networking with IT resources.
Responsibilities
- 1st through to 3rd line IT, networking and infrastructure support and development
- Development of innovative IT infrastructure solutions affecting global teams
- Management if IT resources such as IP PABX, Linux web servers, application servers, printers, etc.
- Development and implementation of best IT practices across a global company structure
- Development and maintenance of cloud services for database storage, email and Microsoft Office 365.
- Monitoring and performing server maintenance
- Implementation and enhancement of IT security system, firewall, antivirus and remote access capabilities.
- Implement backup plans and backup server switch
- Networking skills such as: AD, DHCP, LAN, WAN, Hyper-V, VLAN, IP PABX, Servers, POE Switches.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Desirable software and services: MS 365 cloud service, Windows server, Linux
- Required skill(s): troubleshooting computers, networking systems, handling IQ infrastructure, and software applications.
- Required language(s): English.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably having own transport
