Job Description
- Assisting with the general administrative functions of company
- Assisting, updating and able to execute general HR functions, e.g. leave updating, follow-up on staff recruitment, staff training requirements, formulate HR policies, follow up / plan for CSR functions, etc
- Providing administrative guides and supports for the department as well as Head of Department
- Attending to any other job functions that may be assigned from time-to-time.
Job Requirements
- Preferably someone who have at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field;
- Specialized in Human Resources and general administration or equivalent;
- Have good communication skills and proficient in both written and oral commercial English;
- Interact professionally within all levels to ensure message is clearly transmitted;
- Able to plan work meticulously and independantly follow up to ensure completeness of job assigned;
- Who possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
