Job Description

• Develop and maintain a highly-tuned funnel marketing strategy
• Implement effective marketing campaigns which deliver IERP’s key messages, USPs and brand collateral to the target channels and industry sectors
• Support the Chief Executive Officer in developing and managing strategic partnerships and relationships with regulators, industry associations, educational institutions and the broader community.
• Develop the research and evaluation framework for IERP programs and activities, including the assessment and identification of gaps and opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and achievement of the wider organisational strategic plan and global expansion plan.
• Any other duties as directed by the Chief Executive Officer, and commensurate with the scope and classification of the position. 

Job Requirements

• Educated to degree level in English, media studies, marketing, communications studies, journalism or an equivalent specialism
• Strong marketing experience, at least 3 to 5 years
• Proactive and highly organised, with strong time management and planning skills, meticulous, attention to detail and a proven ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
