Job Description

• Assist in the planning, development and execution of the overall marketing strategies and plan as well as brand communications of programmes 
• Organise and attend events 
• Maintain excellent public relations and media relations 
• Conduct market research 
• Write communication materials and articles, translation for web and marketing collaterals 
• Ensure updates and relevancy on the website, brochures and all marketing-related materials 
• Liaise with Creative Team for overall conceptualization and production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and utilising digital formats via social media and the website 
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns 
• Ensure proper documentation and filling of design related materials 
• Any other related duties to be advised from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields with 3 - 4 years of prior experience in event organising, advertising, brand communications, e-commerce and digital media 
• Meticulous executor with a keen eye for details 
• Good interpersonal and written and spoken communication skills 
• Detail oriented, strong organisational and time management skills 
• Good knowledge of digital mediums, including digital media 
• Basic knowledge in graphic design, photography and videography will be an added advantage
