Job Description

• Primary responsibility will be to articulately explain the complete benefits of attending our professional certification programs. 
• Work across a broad range of certification programmes, covering all industries and geographical markets, engaging with senior level decision makers from the world’s largest and most innovative institutions. 
• Understanding potential clients’ needs and matching these against our extensive range of professional certification programmes. 
• Working in collaboration with the sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the commercial success of our certification program.
• You would be trained on research and fact finding skills, as well as effective and persuasive communication skills. 

Job Requirements

• Excellent verbal communications skills.
• You must be confident to converse over the phone with senior level decision makers with exemplary worth ethic and positive mental attitude. 
• Demonstrate drive, initiative, resourcefulness and persistence.
• Ability to function independently in a team environment.
• Having previous successful experience in an inside sales or marketing environment is preferred.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
