• ​Turn IGL Coatings in the most talked about coating brand Globally
• Passionate about growing client base of IGL Coatings – Find, Identify & Convert Leads! Come and lead our growth!
• To participate in marketing campaigns, major business conventions and product launches
• Develop and execute growth hacking strategies, via any means necessary
• Keen interest in the curation of content
• Management of social media advertising campaigns – facebook ads, google adwords, etc , some knowledge of how this works would be amazing
• Interested in experimenting with different ideas, channels and platforms
• Search, participate, plan, organize and setup of industry related events, exhibitions, workshops, seminars, sales and promotional activities
• Research, research and research – trends, competitors and new initiatives!
• Manage production of marketing materials, include leaflets, flyers, posters and etc
• Arrange and monitor promotional and marketing materials distributional activities
• Build up and maintain good contacts with mass media (TV Station, radio station, magazine publisher, newspaper publisher and etc) and influencers
• Get media features in leading newspapers, magazines, blogs and TV 
• Define and control outside written communication and messaging 
• Work with the co-founder and branding team to explore new stories and feature angles, develop, contribute to marketing plans and strategies, brand awareness, customer surveys and analyze demands of the client

• Highly articulated both written and spoken 
• Biased to action + master in prioritising: you always focus on tackling the biggest challenge first (both short & long term) without getting distracted with nice-to-haves
• Ability to fly
• Pro-active
• Excellent communication, natural relation builder and loves working in a small team and self-manage
• Understanding of various online marketing/social channels
• Ability to create/draft copy/marketing pieces
• Understanding of analytical tools, eg google analytics
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM/Adwords
• Experience in handling paid social media campaigns
• Bonus: Well networked with existing relationship to journalists and influencers
