Job Description
- Present, promote and consult prospective customers on our existing products
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Convert Inbound Enquiries to Customers
- Reach out to potential customer through established B2B relationship
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Job Requirements
- SPM/STPM/Diploma holder
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic, proactive, aggressive and ambitious
- Results driven
- Multilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia)
- Able to multitask and manage client expectations
- Able to negotiate and handle objections
- Basic geographic knowledge of Klang Valley
- Has own vehicle
- Must be able to travel around Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Cyberjaya and Sungai Long.
