Job Description
- Assist in setting up the Finance process and workflow with Head of Finance
- Ensure timely and accurate billings of invoices and payments to Care Professionals
- Follow up closely on clients’ invoices-related queries and outstanding payments
- Follow up closely on Care Professionals’ payment queries and claims
- Process employees’ expense claims
- In charge of Bank Reconciliation and Fixed Assets Register
- Month-end close and reporting
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years of working experience
- Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Meticulous and demonstrate good working attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment – Start-up experience a plus
- Proficient and comfortable with adopting technology and software tools (Microsoft Office, web/mobile applications etc.)
- Good command of English Language
