About The Job

You will be responsible for improving the way we interact, retain and build relationships with our partners on the supply-side of the company. You will be directly responsible for the growth and success of our retail network in numerous markets. 

Each city and merchant will pose its own set of unique challenges and you are held accountable for identifying strategies to win and for leading us to be the largest postal network in Southeast Asia.

• Build and roll out best practices for our in-store operations across all our

• Build models to evaluate the impact of merchant operations initiatives to
improve service levels and merchant engagement/retention

• Constantly running tests with our 1000+ retail partners to optimizing
processes to find to engage new strategic initiatives and harness opportunities
with them

• Dive into data to explain market performance at the lowest level of detail and
build tools that allow our cross regional teams to scale their work 10x

• Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of
various programs and experiments to drive growth of our stores across the
