Job Description

We're helping our client (Electrical Engineering company) to seek for 1 office admin for their office in Taman Perindustrian Puchong. 

Working Hour: Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm
Company headcount: around 10 people
Benefit: Performance based bonus

  • Perform administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying, scanning, binding and etc. 
  • Dealing with paperwork such as invoice, reports and other related operation documents and financial statement.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to relevant personnel
  • Assist in maintaining supply of inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
  • Provide administrative support for operation team.
  • Coordinate delivery of goods


Job Requirements

  •  Mandarin speaker, Conversational English and Malay is an advantage
  •  Has equivalent working experience
  •  Basic computer skills  
  •  Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) 
  •  Willing to work in industrial area
