About The Job
- Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives
- Collaborate well with Sales & Operation teams
- Build rapport and long term relationships with Clients while providing excellent customer service standards
- Achieve monthly KPI of Dates arranged & waiting time
- Manage and update list of Clients assigned regularly and promptly
- Have initiative to work with Product team to improve operational workflow
- To be able to confidently handle High profile customers.
- To provide general operational and sales support.
- Working hours: 5 working days/week (Saturday compulsory), 10AM - 7PM

- Located close to a LRT station (3 minutes walk away)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
- Required skill(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Coordinating Skill.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially Mandarin and Cantonese
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Result driven and works well with KPI
- Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone)
