• Passionate about making a difference in people’s lives 
• Collaborate well with Sales & Operation teams 
• Build rapport and long term relationships with Clients while providing excellent customer service standards 
• Achieve monthly KPI of Dates arranged & waiting time 
• Manage and update list of Clients assigned regularly and promptly 
• Have initiative to work with Product team to improve operational workflow 
• To be able to confidently handle High profile customers. 
• To provide general operational and sales support. 

• Working hours: 5 working days/week (Saturday compulsory), 10AM - 7PM

• Located close to a LRT station (3 minutes walk away)

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• Required skill(s): Customer Care, Customer Service, Coordinating Skill.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially Mandarin and Cantonese 
•  Strong interpersonal skills
• Result driven and works well with KPI
• Comfortable working with different modes of communication for liaison work (Primarily Phone)
