The Billing System Administrator is responsible for learning and thoroughly understanding the customer database input and to ensure negotiated pricing agreements (contracts) with customer are translated accurately and entered correctly into pricing modules in Phoenix Billing System.
Works directly with sales, customers and billing personnel and requires a comprehensive knowledge of commercial operations, especially Cargo services as well as the ability to break down complicated pricing structures.
A conceptual level of understanding as to how the system is built (e.g. the use of compound models, java, multiple tables and web-based functionality), this is to only address any issues, user or system that arise, not to become as secondary programmer.

• Ensure customer database and pricing are input correctly
• Determine the complexity of the contract and resolve problems and gaps in pricing component of the system
• Communicate with regional billing lead on issues that arise
• Trouble shooting of the billing system in event of errors
• Perform User Acceptance Testing
• Provide assistance and training to the system users as and when required.

• Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years of working experience

• Previous experience in handling customer databases and contracts administration
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
