Responsibilities
- Manages daily operations and fulfillment of the orders.
- Act as a front liner of the company by being the "Gift Advisor" and assisting customers with making purchase and answering queries.
- Assisting vendors by managing their products and ensuring products are uploaded following SOP.
- Proactively improvising the overall operation process within the pre-sales & post-sales cycle.
