Job Description

• Evaluates marketing reports and sales data compiled by marketing staff members. 
• Presents regular updates and information to other department heads and executives. 
• Works with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy. 
• Organizes and attends company-wide and marketing events. 
• Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services. 
• Records and keeps invoices, purchase, orders and payment receipts. 
• Liaise with our accounting/finance department in US and local outsourcing department to ensure all bills are paid on time. 
• Adheres to and implements company policies and procedures. 
• Assists in securing access to major media channels and important sponsorship. 
• Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events and seminars.

Job Requirements

1. 1-year Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field. 
2. Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Other language proficiency is a bonus. 
3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and In Design), Microsoft Office and Social Media application. 
4. Extensive or Any Marketing experience. 
5. Highly motivated, patience and strong communication/ people skills.
