Job Description

Sales Officer’s responsibilities include preparing correspondences, designing financial solution and curating right services to maximize value in customer experience with us. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment. If you also have previous experience as a Sales Officer and familiarity within our industry, we’d like to meet you.

Your role:
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, pitching suitable solutioning and evaluating customer’s financial health; researching and analyzing sales options
  • Sells services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
  • Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Identifies process/services improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Ensure all sales target or activities target are achieved on time
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and regulatory compliant
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; bench-marking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Job Requirements

  1. Must possess at least Pass in SPM qualification with 2 years sales experience
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Required language(s) – Bahasa Malaysia, English and other dialect are preferred
  4. Passionate and self-driven
  5. Strong selling and negotiation skills
  6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters
  7. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  8. Good communication skills
  9. Fast learner
