• Source/Cold Calling/Meeting Clients/Conduct Sales Presentation/Close Deals/Follow up.
• Manager and maintain relationship with existing clients.
• Achieve sales target set by company.
• Conduct research to identify the markets and customer needs and objectives.
• Arrange business meetings and close deals with prospective clients.
• Great communication skills and an engaging personality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a great team.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after- sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Talent and ability to have fun with a great team while working hard.

Job Requirements

• Proven 2-5 years sales experience in the IoT industry, real estate, property management, government and/ or corporate industry.
• Experience in meeting and working with various government bodies and corporate clients; Excellent follow-up skills
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• IoT, Fintech and/or real estate Market knowledge
• Excellent Communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport & maintain relationships 
• Time management & planning skills
• Able to work independently & remotely.
• Ability to adapt to changing direction with a positive attitude 
• Excellent communication & comprehension skills
• The ability to explain complex information clearly & simple
