Job Description

• Systematically track movement of cars (during customer possession, repair, inspections) and reallocate them where needed
• Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of customer support and fleet management logistics through coordination and communication between the different departments (IT, Customer support and Marketing)
• Identify and analyse area of opportunities for continuous improvement in the overall GoCar operations. Promote and encourage this culture team wide
• Document and monitor day to day fleet activities and customer service
• Manage logistics and fleet to meet customer demands
• Assist in driving high performing culture and cultivate sense of belonging
• Facilitate and resolve critical issues that has impact on business outcome as they arise or when identified.
• Control and monitor fleet repair costs.
• Review accident reports and coordination with fleet staff / panel workshop / adjuster / insurance company on related documents for claim purposes
• Ensure all vehicles are in tip top conditions by monitoring fleet team to ensure that they are clean and ready for customers
• Assist in installation of tech related machinery and electronics
• Assist with customer service related tasks like taking up calls and responding to emails
• Possess good computer skills to be able to use time management tools, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, GoCar’s dashboard interface and to transcribe information
• Undertake any other initiatives as required by the Head of Operations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics / Transportation / Business / Management / Economics / Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably with a year of work experience or any internship experience in related field.
• Energetic, assertive and good problem solving skills
• Highly organised individual that is good at multitasking and getting the job done
• Serial executioner and is able to plan his or her schedule effectively to support operations team
