Job Description

• Interact with the business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
• Gather, document, and analyse business needs and technical requirements.
• Ensure and review that the business/technical requirements are understood and translated to system design and business requirements that are consistent with frameworks and standards.
• Propose solutions to business problems and, as needed, design technical solutions.
• Document the functional and, sometimes, technical design of the system in compliance with the IT architecture.
• Interact with system architects and developers to ensure that the system is properly implemented.
• Create, document, and maintain technical requirements documents (including workflows and graphics in Microsoft Visio, Jira for user stories, Confluence for knowledge articles, Excel for analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint to represent project processes and/or business concepts), user manuals and testing documents.
• Assist with the creation, review, and management of change requests (CR) and Impact Assessments (IA) when required.
• Executing test scripts and test cases during releases.
• Meet quality and responsiveness expectations set by the Business Analysis Lead. 
• Work in accordance with the priorities set by the Business Analysis Lead.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required.
• At least (2) years of relevant experience required. 
• 1 year experience working with an Agile methodology such as Scrum. 
• Experience in Telco enterprise required. 
• Experience in Telco quoting and provisioning desired. 
• Experience in soliciting and documenting requirements, technical writing and document preparation, and creating and utilizing test cases. 
• Clear communication skills and strong English pronunciation. 
• Understanding of business modelling and technical requirements identification processes. 
• Required to work Australian business hours when pre-organised such as system releases. 
• Experience with Jira, Visio, Excel, Powerpoint, Word. 
• Proficient presentation and facilitation skills. 
• Experience in conducting systems analysis using design methodologies. 
• Demonstrated ability to create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers.
