About The Job

1.     Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. 

2.     Continually maintain an effective understanding of the Foreign Exchange / Stock market and broader business/economic landscape to enhance sales effectiveness 

3.     Record all client/prospect communication on SFDC ensuring that all details are up to date. 

4.     Independently manage leads through the entire sales process. 

5.     Perform to specific KPI’s set by Company. 

6.     As required proactively cold call and prospect in assigned segment(s). 

7.     Autonomously identify and engage internal & external resources to deliver solutions and bring new clients on board. 

8.     Leverage field sales organization and relevant management to close sales opportunities 

9.     Complete necessary business administration and reporting as required by management and the business. 

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree preferred or relevant/comparable professional qualification.
  • Experience in foreign exchange or related markets. Proven ability to build and retain client relationships
  • Understanding of foreign exchange products and their application to asset managers including expertise in advising on hedging of currency risk and other related portfolio management issues.
  • Detailed understanding of the regulatory environment and a thorough understanding of market structure issues and the most pressing industry related trends.
  • Fully aware of all procedures best practices escalation policies and other codes of conduct relevant to the execution of the role.
  • Proven high ethical standard. Good judgment and leadership with regard to day to day ethical issues.
  • Track record of demonstrated customer orientation including existing and new business development.
  • History of strong performance and achievement in the sales are
  • Ability to swiftly identify opportunities and professionally manage and guide the end to end sales process.
  • Highly motivated with an exceptionally strong desire and drive to succeed.
