Job Description
- Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer system
- Configuring hardware and software, setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment
- Provide daily support for computer network users
- Answering calls and e-mails from retail shops regarding the computer network or communication systems
- Able to work outstation for installation new shop opening or support as and when required
- To support on database and server for troubleshoot.
- Knowledge on sophos for firewall and filtering is an added advantage
- Knowledge in SQL server and Windows Server, Hyper V setup and configuration
Job Requirements
- Min Degree/Diploma in computer science / information technology or equivalent.
- Preferable candidate with 2 years experience in related field.
- Required languages - Mandarin & Cantonese
