• Assist and recommend appropriate products to customers, to increase their interest to buy
• Effectively handle customer complaints, with proper follow-up
• Monitor tidiness and ambiance of the shop
• Ensure the proper execution of the company’s policies and procedures
• Handle shop documentation
• Monitor all cash transactions, and ensure their accuracy
• Assist the Shop Manager to achieve business targets
• Coach staff on professional image, product knowledge, sales, service and mix and match skills
• Prepare rosters for colleagues
• Manage and monitor inventory 
• Handle urgent assignments and ad hoc tasks assigned by superior
 

 • Minimum with SPM qualification and above
• Preferable candidate with 3 years experience in retail/F&B/service industry, including 1 year supervisory experience
• Strong leadership and presentable
• Able to drive up the enthusiastic of stores
• Independent, detailed-minded, mature, well-organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Required languages – English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
