Job Description
● Collaborate with outsourcing technical team (software developers, creative designers & system administrators)
● Provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship
● Responsible for technical and user requirements and designing a solutions architecture to ensure alignment with its business goals
● Build and maintain business architectural design
● Stays current with developments in new market trends and innovations in technology and the leadership of enterprise IT.
● Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle processes and Agile project management
● Is responsible for driving focus and prioritization within the IT organization through establishing strategic planning and governance principles and processes
● Responding to Client / End User feedback / issues (Fault finding and proposing solutions to the team)
● Producing project specifications for new or modified systems
● Consistently evaluates technology efficiency and makes changes as necessary
● Attend to complain about system and perform critical bugs solving
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
● Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
● Application performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, and automation
● Make presentations on project status, present monthly reports to senior management
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Engineering/Technical/Electronics or Engineering with min 8 years of experience in a combination of IT development, design and/or architecture, hardware & software disciplines with at least 3 years of solution architecture experience
● Minimum of 7 years of application development experience delivering quality scalable software on time, on budget, and in compliance with business requirements
