Job Description
Business Development & Support
1. Identify and strategize how best to develop opportunities in the given sectors
- Undertake quarterly reviews to assess progress and to pivot accordingly
2. Identify and collaborate with companies for student Internship placement
- To undertake market research and identify suitable companies for both student internship placement opportunities
- This would cover all industries – eg: finance, law, engineering, healthcare, media
- To follow up and schedule appointments
- To update database on a weekly basis
- To map out scope of internship placement with companies where applicable
3. Identify Schools to market FLIP Solutions
- To undertake market research on international and private schools and fix appointments with secondary school principals and or head of careers to promote FLIP Solutions
- To update schools database on a weekly basis
4. Admin support
- To help with admin support in organsing FLIP events
- Any other relevant duties assigned from time to time
5. Building Relationships with government institutions & educational bodies
- To build network and gain traction on accounts
Sales & Marketing
1. Marketing & Promotions
- To build the FLIP database and to oversee the online marketing campaign
- To send emailers out to database before events
- To help market all FLIP events
- To provide onsite support at all FLIP event
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Good Communication skills - ability to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
- Independent worker and a self starter
- Posses own transport
- Good Computer Skills - proficient in Excel, PPT & Adobe
