About the job:
You’ll be in charge of overseeing, implementing and managing FOREFRONT’s employee rewards and benefits scheme, including the points collection and redemption mechanism. The scheme is aimed at enriching the FOREFRONT working experience by acknowledging and rewarding employee efforts with relevant perks.
Along the way, you’ll need to review and analyse the effectiveness of benefits within the scheme through interviews, surveys or plain observation. Of course, you’ll be expected to use the feedback to enhance the quality of the scheme by suggesting and developing new reward initiatives.
A proactive and resourceful personality is the key, as your job also largely involves identifying and liaising with suitable vendors or service providers to bring in incentives to motivate fellow colleagues.
Job Requirements
- Possesses Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Passion in listening to people and is able to communicate with a diverse range of vendors / merchants and employees
- Experience in handling reward schemes/loyalty programmes
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite or similar analytical tools
- Professionally groomed, well-spoken and takes pride in work
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and also as a team player
- Able to work efficiently and competently, even under pressure
