About The Job

You will responsible to support Food Market Hub local and overseas customer through whatsapp, email, phone and other channel. You will required to provide on-boarding training to new customer and make sure they can fully utilize our solution. 

  • Analyze our systems and onboard client to increase productivity.
  • Provide customer support to clients. 
  • Handle all enquiries via email, whatsapp or other channel. 
  • Enhance productivity by providing solutions to problems that clients are facing. 
  • Customer service experience would be an added advantage. 

Job Requirements

  1. We welcome fresh graduate. 
  2. Preferred with software knowledge background.
  3. Able to speak English, Chinese and Malay fluently. 
  4. May required to travel to customer site (Local or Overseas).
